The mission is simple: To make strength training accessible, sustainable, and purposeful. Instead of chasing shortcuts or “skinny” culture, we train for life… so that you can be the best version of yourself for the people you love most.
My Story:
I’ve been through many ups and downs as an athlete growing up, but through those times, I’ve learned that strength training is a way to honor your body, not punish it. For so long, women have been told to play small, to “be skinny,” and constantly try to shrink.
Lo Wellness Co. rejects that. We choose Strong > Skinny and believe that movement is a privilege, not a chore. These workouts are here to help other women stop guessing and start lifting to build strength that carries over into every other area of life.
Why Strength Training?
Strength training is all about staying consistent with the basics and pushing yourself to improve day by day. My goal is to help as many women as possible build confidence by getting stronger, both mentally and physically. Whether you are in your living room or stepping into a weight room for the first time, you aren’t doing it alone. You are a part of a group of women choosing the “hard” path because it’s the only one that leads to growth!
Committing to Something Bigger:
Every one of us has the power to change someone else’s life for the better. By choosing to get stronger, you are setting off a ripple effect that you may not even be able to see. Not only are you changing your life, but you’re changing the lives of your children, your friends, and your community. When you prioritize your own health and keep showing up no matter what, you inspire others around you (whether you know it or not)! Never doubt your own impact :)
