6 SIMPLE TIPS TO STAY ON TRACK
Prioritize protein first. Include a high-quality protein source with every meal to help keep you full throughout the day.
Pack tomorrow's lunch tonight. Removing that morning decision makes it easier to stay consistent in the long run.
Don't skip meals. Going too long without eating often leads to overeating later in the day.
Carry a water bottle. Sip on water throughout the day to support energy levels, concentration, and help prevent mistaking thirst for hunger.
Keep emergency snacks at school. Having a good option on hand can help you avoid relying on vending machines or break room treats when hunger hits.
Focus on consistency. Don’t let one less-than-perfect meal ruin the whole day. Long-term habits matter most!
FINAL THOUGHTS:
You don’t have to make nutrition overwhelming!
Start with one or two simple habits, keep your meals balanced, and remember that consistency over the long run is what leads to progress.
When you take care of yourself, you're better equipped to take care of the students and people who rely on you every day.
