High-Protein Overnight Oats
Whenever I don’t have much time to make breakfast in the morning, these overnight oats are my go-to choice for a quick, balanced option.
Only takes <5 minutes to make.
High in protein to keep me full throughout the rest of the day.
Easy to take on the go for busy mornings.
APPROXIMATE MACROS:
(will slightly vary based on the brands and milk choice)
Cal: ~445 | Pro: ~35g | Carbs: ~48g | Fat: ~15g
INGREDIENTS:
60g (1.5 Cups) Quick Oats
1 Scoop Protein Powder (Salted Peanut Butter is my favorite)
½ Cup Milk (I use Almond Milk for a lower-calorie option)
16g (1 Tbsp) Peanut Butter
DIRECTIONS:
(Night Before)
Mix the dry ingredients (oats and protein) in an airtight container.
Slowly add in the milk and stir (use more or less depending on your desired consistency).
Mix in the peanut butter or place it on top if desired.
Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
Grab in the morning and enjoy!
*VARIETY TIP - Switch up the flavor of protein powder or add in some fresh/frozen fruit!
