  • Weekly In-Person Coaching: 60-minute session(s) each week at Total Fitness Xtreme, focused on correct form and strength progression in the gym environment.

  • Personalized Training Program: A complete training plan for the remainder of your week, built for your specific goals, available equipment, and time constraints.

  • Easy Access: Access your workouts, exercise demonstrations, progress tracking, and communication all in one app.

  • Weekly Check-Ins & Accountability: Ongoing support, progress reviews, and adjustments to help you stay consistent and move forward.

My Approach to Coaching

I strongly believe that strength training should be sustainable for the long run… not overwhelming or extreme! My goal is to help women build strong bodies and minds, with confidence that carries into everyday life.

Therefore, this experience focuses on long-term progress through structure, education, accountability, and realistic habits that fit your lifestyle!


All in-person coaching sessions take place at Total Fitness Xtreme in Roxboro, NC. Therefore, a gym membership is required for in-person training.
